Miljoy Food and Beverage Division

Joy C. Shefter, principal of Miljoy ENT. Inc., has contracted a full range of food - related consulting assignments for clients such as Marriott Corporation, U. C. Irvine, Pepperdine, Servomation, ARA, and Paramount Studios, outsourcing specialists in different areas to make up the consulting team. Recent client projects have also included e-commerce web marketing analysis and content solutions.

Ms. Shefter achieved fame as the Chef-Food Stylist for ABC's "HOME" Show and has worked with most of today's name chefs, and diverse TV personalities from Debbie (Mrs.) Fields and Art "Mr. Food" Ginsburg to Wolfgang Puck, Julia Child, and "Two Hot Tamales." She started her career with her own catering business, added kitchen design then food styling to her arsenal and recently received her MBA from the University of Southern California.

Her past responsibilities have included running a 24 hour dining hall for foreign competitors at the Olympics, managing several special events catering and service operations and most recently, she concluded a two year assignment as Executive Director of Food and Beverage for Paramount Pictures Studios.

Ms. Shefter's business sense and her ability to strategize are valuable tools in her approach to food service problem analysis and solution implementation. She views food as a value-added business at any venue.
